Acceptance and eligibility

By using AI Song Generator, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to accept them and provide accurate account information. Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly about unauthorized use.

Service, plans, and payments

The service offers AI-assisted song generation and editing features such as lyrics-to-music, uploads, covers, separation, extension, format conversion, and optional public sharing. Features, providers, generation limits, and availability may change.

Checkout identifies the billing period, credits, and features for each plan. A third-party processor handles full payment-card data. Refunds are provided where law requires and otherwise according to the terms shown at purchase. Contact support promptly about billing errors.

Your content and music output

You retain rights you already hold in prompts, lyrics, recordings, voices, artwork, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, moderate, and improve the requested service. If you choose public visibility, you also authorize us to display that content in the public showcase until removed.

You must have permission for all uploaded material and for any person's voice, likeness, composition, or recording used. AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected, non-unique, or similar to third-party works. We do not guarantee that output is non-infringing, copyrightable, or cleared for a particular commercial use. Usage rights depend on your plan, applicable model-provider terms, underlying source rights, and local law. Review the Commercial License and obtain legal advice when needed.

Prohibited use and moderation

You may not violate law or third-party rights; create or distribute sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate content, fraud, impersonation, dangerous content, or unlawful hate or harassment; clone a voice without authorization; evade safeguards; overload or probe the service; or resell access without permission.

We may reject generations, remove public content, restrict sharing, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, copyright complaints, or enforcement. Copyright and abuse notices should identify the relevant URL or song, the protected work, your contact details, and a good-faith statement, and be sent to [email protected].

Site rights, disclaimers, and liability

Site-original software, design, text, and branding are protected by applicable law. Third-party technology, models, trademarks, and content retain their own rights.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular output, generation speed, model availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, AI Song Generator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
